Fields to Fork Festival Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for Fields to Fork Festival, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued by Whitebottom Farm Estate Ltd.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
Tickets remain the property of the organiser and may not be resold for commercial gain without prior written permission.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Inability to attend
- Illness, injury or personal circumstances
- Adverse weather conditions
- Travel disruption or accommodation issues
- Partial attendance
We strongly recommend that customers obtain appropriate ticket insurance if desired.
3. Event Changes
Fields to Fork Festival reserves the right to alter the advertised programme, timings, activities, performers, chefs, artists, traders, speakers or attractions without prior notice.
The appearance of any particular chef, artist, performer, producer or exhibitor cannot be guaranteed.
Such changes shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
4. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled in its entirety, ticket holders will be offered options in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, which may include ticket transfer, credit or refund.
The organiser shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, camping equipment hire or other associated costs incurred by attendees.
5. Admission
All attendees must hold a valid ticket.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, disruptive, illegal or likely to negatively impact the experience of other guests.
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
6. Children
Children attending the festival must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The responsible adult remains accountable for the conduct and safety of any children within their group.
7. Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Fields to Fork Festival.
Dogs must remain on a lead at all times and owners are responsible for their welfare and behaviour.
The organiser reserves the right to request the removal of any dog that poses a risk to guests, staff, livestock or other animals.
8. Camping, Glamping & Live-In Vehicles
Camping, glamping and live-in vehicle tickets are valid only for the accommodation type purchased.
Guests must follow all campsite rules and instructions issued by festival staff.
The organiser reserves the right to relocate pitches where operationally necessary.
No refunds will be provided for unused camping or accommodation bookings.
9. Photography & Filming
Photography, filming and recording take place throughout the festival.
By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness and voice to be used in future promotional, marketing and editorial materials without compensation.
If you have concerns regarding photography or filming, please speak to a member of the festival team on arrival.
10. Personal Property
Attendees bring personal belongings, vehicles, camping equipment and other property to the festival at their own risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions.
11. Health & Safety
Attendees must comply with all health and safety requirements, site signage and instructions issued by festival staff, stewards, security personnel and emergency services.
Anyone failing to do so may be removed from the event without refund.
12. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, interruption or alteration caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, flood, fire, disease outbreak, government restrictions, industrial action or other force majeure events.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, the organiser’s liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
